✈️ Getting to Faro

Faro is the closest airport to Alvor. There are several airlines offering direct flights from London, with a flight time of around 2 hours 50 minutes. Wizz Air and Ryanair also operate flights from Poland to Faro on selected days of the week.

🚗 Getting to Alvor

We recommend renting a car, as it makes exploring the Algarve much easier. The drive from Faro Airport to Alvor takes about 50 minutes, and having a car gives you access to some of the most beautiful beaches and viewpoints in the region.

We usually book through Expedia and have had good experiences with Goldcar and Aircar.
